Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 c buttermilk
1/2 c butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp flour
1 pinch salt
1 1/4 c sugar
1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
1-2 c frozen berries, thawed
2 c whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large BlenderBottle, add eggs, buttermilk, butter, vanilla, flour and salt and mix well. Pour filling into uncooked pie shell and bake until the top is lightly browned and the center sets(about 50 minutes in standard oven; 25-30 minutes in a convection oven). Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. Top with berries and whipped cream.
