Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Roasted pecans with a tasty cinnamon-sugar coating. Serve as an appetizer, desert, or chop and put on your favorite salad!

Ingredients
1 lb pecan halves
*1 egg white
*1 t ground cinnamon
*1 c sugar
*3/4 t salt
*2 T water

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250° F (130° C).
2. Spread pecans on lightly buttered baking sheet. Add highlighted (*) ingredients to a small BlenderBottle® and shake until well-blended (sugar does not need to dissolve).
3. Pour cinnamon sugar mixture over pecans and toss until evenly coated. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
