Ingredients:
1 t olive oil
*6 egg whites
*1 T water
*1 t salt
*1/2 t black pepper
Fillings of your choice. Some suggestions include:
Tomatoes, diced
Cheese, shredded
peppers, diced
Ham, diced
Bacon, chopped
Scallions, chopped
Avocado, diced
Salsa
Instructions
1. Heat oil in omelet pan on high heat.
2. Combine highlighted (*) ingredients in a large BlenderBottleĀ® and whip until smooth and fluffy.
3. Pour mixture into pan and cook over medium-high heat until slightly brown. Add your favorite filings to center and fold over. Serve warm.
