Ingredients
2 large eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 T butter or oil (for frying)
Fillings: Some great choices include tomotoes, cheese, spinach, onions, ham, bacon, mushrooms, feta cheese, etc.
Instructions
1. Whip eggs, salt, and pepper in a BlenderBottleĀ® until frothy.
2. Heat butter or oil in 9-inch non-stick frying pan. Pour in egg mixture.
3. After about 15 seconds, use spatula to cut 6-8 small cuts through omelet (to allow uncooked egg to flow to bottom of pan).
4. When top is nearly set, sprinkle fillings over half of omelet and turn off heat. Fold omelet in half with spatula. Serve warm.
