Ingredients
2/3 C soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 C chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 C rice vinegar
2 TBS cornstarch
1/4 C water
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS sesame oil
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 TBS minced garlic
1 TBS minced ginger
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except oil in a large BlenderBottle. Heat oil in saucepan over high heat and swirl to coat inside of pan. Add mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 1 minute or until boils and thickens.
