Ingredients
*1/4 c soy sauce
*2 T honey
*2 T vegetable oil
*1 T fresh lime juice
*2 t minced garlic
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in a shallow glass container. Blend highlighted (*) ingredients in a small BlenderBottleĀ® and pour over chicken breasts. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
2. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard marinade and grill chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
