Ingredients
1/2 C apricot jam
1/4 C Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic salt
1 pork tenderloin, about 1 lbs
Instructions
Mix jam and mustard in small BlenderBottle. Rub tenderloin with garlic salt. Grill over a medium-hot fire, brushing frequently with mustard glaze, turning once or twice until just done (about 15 minutes).
Tip: Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
