Oven Omelet

Perfect for brunches or special holiday breakfasts!

Ingredients
2 c shredded hash browns*
1 c diced cooked ham
1 c sharp shredded cheddar cheese
*8 eggs
*1 c milk
*salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C). Place hash browns in lightly greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Layer ham and cheese on top of hash browns.
2. In a large BlenderBottle®, mix together highlighted ingredients until smooth. Pour egg mixture evenly over ingredients in baking dish.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve warm. Goes great with salsa!

*Tip: For a quick variation, try using frozen O'Brian style hash browns (potatoes with chopped peppers and onions).
