Hootenanny Pancakes (German Pancakes)

A family favorite passed down from my "Nana." We like it best served warm with lemon juice, berries, and powdered sugar.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
dash salt

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425º F (220º C). Place butter in a 9x9-inch inch pan and place in preheating oven to melt.
2. In a large BlenderBottle®, mix highlighted ingredients until well blended. Pour BlenderBottle mixture into buttered pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with lemon juice and powdered sugar, berries and whipped cream, or warm syrup.

Tip: Delicious served warm with lemon juice, berries, and powdered sugar.
