Looking for a great way to increase your Omega 3 intake? Try this almond- and flax-seed-infused shake. While the slivered almonds add a unique crunch, you can replace them with almond meal – or ditch them altogether – to make it drinkably smooth.

Serving Size: 2 servings

1 cup non-fat milk

1 serving vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp flaxseed oil

1/3 oz almonds slivered

1 tsp vanilla extract
