Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons hot chili oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon to taste salt
