These GoStaks are super convenient. Pack my snack, my vitamins and my supplements and my proteins in these things. When I am done with them, they fit perfectly in my bottle. Just keep in mind, because they are so perfect and small it is easy to buy too many and to misplace them. They are always at the bottom of my gym bag btw.
