When do I need to order by to get my order in time for Christmas?

  • We encourage customers to order as soon as possible. Carriers have communicated major shipping delays and we can not guarantee a specific date to receive your order before Christmas. 

When will I get my order?

  • Due to current circumstances, it may take 1-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Generally, orders will arrive within 10 business days depending on your selected shipping method. Again, carriers have communicated there will be major shipping delays this holiday season and we encourage customers to take this into consideration.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to be updated once received. If it has been over 48 hours, please contact the shipping provider for additional information. If they are unable to assist you, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. 

How long do I have to update or alter my order?

  • You can update your order for up to 15 minutes after it has been place. After 15 minutes, we can not update or change your order. 



What if I ordered previously and now the items in my order are on sale? 

  • We will not be retroactively changing any orders that were placed before the deal was released. 

How long is the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?

  • Deals are active November 26-29. All deals are available while supplies last.
