BlenderBottle® Return Policy

Any unused, unwashed BlenderBottle product purchased from blenderbottle.com can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within three business days.

 

More Important Stuff

Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed. We can’t accept exchange requests if your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you. You’ll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by BlenderBottle.

Return Instructions

Great! So you’re ready to request a return. The link below will take you to a return portal where you can generate your own label. Fill out the required information and a return label will be immediately available for download. Print out the label, carefully pack up your returned bottles so that they’re not damaged while in transit, and securely fasten your return label to the outside of your package. Drop off your package at your nearest Post Office and we’ll take care of it from there.

 

You will receive an emailed refund notification once your product has been received and inspected.
