Bananas do double duty in this decadent drink, a twist on traditional banana cream pie. It’s hard to believe this shake is healthy and nutritious, but with plenty of protein and calcium, it’s a far cry from a fluffy, empty-calorie dessert.

6 oz skim milk

6 oz banana cream pie yogurt

1 serving vanilla protein powder

3 tbsp banana flavor pudding mix
