Banana Spice Protein Shake
Add a little spice to your everyday banana protein shake. We think you'll like it!
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- In the order listed, add ingredients to your favorite BlenderBottle shaker cup, close the leak-proof lid, and shake until oh-so-smooth.
