Try out this awesome FREEDOM shake to add a little red, white, and blue to your workout shake!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raspberry or strawberry yogurt (RED)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (WHITE)
- 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt (BLUE)
- 6 oz water
Directions
- In the order listed, add ingredients to your favorite BlenderBottle shaker cup, close the leak-proof lid, and shake until oh-so-smooth.
