Vanilla Chai Latte Protein Shake

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup brewed chai tea, chilled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cardmom
