At Trove Brands, LLC (“Trove Brands”), we are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us. For example, your name, email address, and phone number may be combined with information about the company you work for that is obtained from professional networking sites and information service providers. Our processing of your Personal Information for marketing purposes outside of a consent requirement in law will be in our legitimate interest. Protecting and Retaining Your Information

However, despite our efforts, no security controls are completely effective, and we cannot ensure or guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. 

Your Personal Information and data files are stored on our servers and the servers of our affiliated companies and companies we hire to provide services to us. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide you with the websites you use, services related to the products you order, as needed to comply with our legal obligations and legal rights including to prevent fraud or enforce our agreements, and for our internal business reasons such as maintenance of our archive and backup systems for a period after your use of our websites ends.  

Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties 

In the preceding 12 months, we may have shared your Personal Information with:

We may also share your Personal Information:

Retaining Your Information 

When you create an account with us, we keep personal information we collect or process on your behalf for as long as you are a current or potential customer. We delete certain personal information we collect or process about you when we no longer have a business reason to retain it. We keep your personal information even after you terminate your account or request information to be deleted in order to comply with business and legal requirements, such as to respond to any questions or comments you may have, to show that we treated you fairly, or to keep records as required by law. 

Where we collect or process personal information for marketing purposes or with your consent, we retain the information until you ask us to stop and for a short period thereafter (to allow us to implement your requests). You may submit a request to us by completing and submitting the individual rights request form located here, or by calling us toll free at 877-215-9509 during our regular office hours. Once we verify your identity, we will assist you with your request.  

Please also be aware that making any such request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal or deletion of Personal Information or content you may have posted, and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow us to fulfill your request, including, for example, where fulfilling your request may infringe upon the rights and freedoms of others. 

If you remain unhappy with a response you receive about the treatment of your Personal Information you can also refer your concerns to the relevant privacy or data protection supervisor in your jurisdiction.  

If you are not a United States resident, we confirm that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through one of our websites), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. You authorize us to transfer your Personal Information across national borders, including to the United States, where it will be used, stored, and shared with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. Certain countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.
