Flavors of chocolate, banana, and peanut flirt with your taste buds, while protein powder, milk, avocado, and nut butter make sure you get plenty of protein, calcium, and healthy fat.


Serving Size: 2 servings

1 cup skim milk

1 tbsp chunky peanut butter

1/2 banana mashed

1/2 avacado mashed

1 serving chocolate protein powder
