- 8 oz low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix dry
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter smooth or chunky (Choose chunky peanut butter if you want to give this shake texture, like real peanut brittle.)
Directions
- In the order listed, add ingredients to your favorite BlenderBottle shaker cup, close the leak-proof lid, and shake until oh-so-smooth.
