25 WAYS TO SHAKE UP YOUR PROTEIN ROUTINE

Drinking the same protein shake day after day can get old quick, but believe it or not, it's possible to change that good 'ol post-workout shake from something dreaded into something you actually look forward to.  Fight the mundane by adding one (or two or three) of the ingredients below to mix up your protein shake recipe.  

  1. Yogurt
  2. Peanut Butter
  3. Honey
  4. Almond Butter
  5. Milk
  6. Chocolate Milk
  7. Banana – Cut off one end and squeeze it out of the peel
  8. Chocolate Syrup
  9. Canned pumpkin + Pumpkin Spice
  10. Rice/Coconut/Almond Milk
  11. Instant Coffee Granules
  12. Cooked Oats
  13. Fruit Juice
  14. Pudding mix
  15. Flaxseed Oil
  16. Jam or Jelly
  17. Cocoa powder
  18. Apple Sauce + Apple Pie Spice
  19. Cinnamon
  20. Crushed graham crackers
  21. Crushed Nilla Wafers
  22. Extract (Coconut, Vanilla, Banana, Mint, Raspberry, etc.)
  23. Flat Rootbeer + Vanilla Protein Powder = Rootbeer Float
  24. Maple Syrup
  25. Hot Chocolate powder
