Say aloha to Jamie Sterling, professional big wave surfer from the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Jamie is the 2010 Big Wave World Champion, and there's no place he'd rather be than catching a wave.
Jamie started surfing at the ripe age of 4, and hasn't stopped since. This pro has traveled the world riding swells in Mexico, Tahiti, Australia, Chile, and Peru and is constantly on the search for the next big wave. His motto is, "Surf to surf another day". No matter where the waves roll, Jamie has his BlenderBottle shaker cup for easy, on-the-go nutrition. His portable mixer allows him to refuel after a day on the ocean and is easy to pack as he travels the world. When asked for advice for others pursuing athletic dreams, Jamie said, " Do it because you love it". His love for surfing, and appreciation for mother nature is obvious, and something that no doubt contributes to his success.
