As a member of the 2013 Canadian World Championship track team, Shai-Anne Davis has accomplished more than most at her age. Her dedication to the sport, both on and off the track, has landed her a place on every sprinter's radar and, of course, a spot on Team BlenderBottle - all at the ripe age of 19.

When asked if participating in Track and Field has prepared her for life outside of athletics, Shai-Anne responded, " Track and field has helped me mature a lot faster than I think I would have if I didn’t do the sport. It’s helped me set up my priorities in life ." Among those priorities is a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.  On the topic, Shai-Anne commented, "Being committed not only requires you to give your all on the track, but also off the track with nutrition and stretching." She's been advised throughout her entire career to "never take your health for granted" and takes that counsel seriously.

Life as a professional athlete brings with it a good amount of travel - something Shai-Anne actually quite enjoys. That said, maintaining a healthy lifestyle on the go can be a difficult task, and Shai-Anne turns to her BlenderBottle for help. The portability and convenience of her BlenderBottle Classic allows Shai-Anne to mix her favorite protein shake recipes no matter where her travels take her.
